Genesis 1:22

1:22 God blessed them and said, “Be fruitful and multiply and fill the water in the seas, and let the birds multiply on the earth.”

Genesis 2:3

2:3 God blessed the seventh day and made it holy because on it he ceased all the work that he had been doing in creation.

Genesis 24:60

24:60 They blessed Rebekah with these words:

“Our sister, may you become the mother of thousands of ten thousands!

May your descendants possess the strongholds of their enemies.”

Genesis 26:12

26:12 When Isaac planted in that land, he reaped in the same year a hundred times what he had sown, because the Lord blessed him.

So he put Ephraim before Manasseh.
