Peter and John Heal a Lame Man at the Temple

3:1 Now Peter and John were going up to the temple at the time for prayer, at three o’clock in the afternoon.

Further Trouble for the Apostles

5:17 Now the high priest rose up, and all those with him (that is, the religious party of the Sadducees), and they were filled with jealousy.

18:8 Crispus, the president of the synagogue, believed in the Lord together with his entire household, and many of the Corinthians who heard about it believed and were baptized.

Acts 19:31-32

19:31 Even some of the provincial authorities who were his friends sent a message to him, urging him not to venture into the theater. 19:32 So then some were shouting one thing, some another, for the assembly was in confusion, and most of them did not know why they had met together.

Acts 20:34

20:34 You yourselves know that these hands of mine provided for my needs and the needs of those who were with me.

Acts 20:38

20:38 especially saddened by what he had said, that they were not going to see him again. Then they accompanied him to the ship.

Acts 21:30-31

21:30 The whole city was stirred up, and the people rushed together. They seized Paul and dragged him out of the temple courts, and immediately the doors were shut. 21:31 While they were trying to kill him, a report was sent up to the commanding officer of the cohort that all Jerusalem was in confusion.

Acts 22:9

22:9 Those who were with me saw the light, but did not understand the voice of the one who was speaking to me.

Acts 22:11

22:11 Since I could not see because of the brilliance of that light, I came to Damascus led by the hand of those who were with me.

Acts 22:20

22:20 And when the blood of your witness Stephen was shed, I myself was standing nearby, approving, and guarding the cloaks of those who were killing him.’

Acts 23:20

23:20 He replied, “The Jews have agreed to ask you to bring Paul down to the council tomorrow, as if they were going to inquire more thoroughly about him.

Acts 25:7

25:7 When he arrived, the Jews who had come down from Jerusalem stood around him, bringing many serious charges that they were not able to prove.

Acts 27:15-16

27:15 When the ship was caught in it and could not head into the wind, we gave way to it and were driven along. 27:16 As we ran under the lee of a small island called Cauda, we were able with difficulty to get the ship’s boat under control.

Acts 27:29

27:29 Because they were afraid that we would run aground on the rocky coast, they threw out four anchors from the stern and wished for day to appear.

Acts 28:14

28:14 There we found some brothers and were invited to stay with them seven days. And in this way we came to Rome.
