Romans 13:1

Submission to Civil Government

13:1 Let every person be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except by God’s appointment, ¹  and the authorities that exist have been instituted by God.

Romans 13:9

13:9 For the commandments, ²  “Do not commit adultery, do not murder, do not steal, do not covet,” ³  (and if there is any other commandment) are summed up in this, “Love your neighbor as yourself.” ⁴ 

Romans 15:24

15:24 when I go to Spain. For I hope to visit you when I pass through and that you will help me ⁵  on my journey there, after I have enjoyed your company for a while.
