Nehemiah 1:7

1:7 We have behaved corruptly against you, not obeying the commandments, the statutes, and the judgments that you commanded your servant Moses.

Nehemiah 6:8

6:8 I sent word back to him, “We are not engaged in these activities you are describing. ¹  All of this is a figment of your imagination.” ² 

Nehemiah 9:31

9:31 However, due to your abundant mercy you did not do away with them altogether; you did not abandon them. For you are a merciful and compassionate God.

Nehemiah 13:27

13:27 Should we then in your case hear that you do all this great evil, thereby being unfaithful to our God by marrying ³  foreign wives?”
