Leviticus 4:18

4:18 He must put some of the blood on the horns of the altar ¹  which is before the Lord in the Meeting Tent, and all the rest of the blood he must pour out at the base of the altar of burnt offering that is at the entrance of the Meeting Tent.

Leviticus 16:12

16:12 and take a censer full of coals of fire from the altar before the Lord ²  and a full double handful of finely ground fragrant incense, ³  and bring them inside the veil-canopy. ⁴ 

Leviticus 16:18

16:18 “Then ⁵  he is to go out to the altar which is before the Lord and make atonement for it. He is to take ⁶  some of the blood of the bull and some of the blood of the goat, and put it all around on the horns of the altar.

Leviticus 26:17

26:17 I will set my face against you. You will be struck down before your enemies, those who hate you will rule over you, and you will flee when there is no one pursuing you.
