7:14 In the morning you must approach in tribal order. 1 The tribe the Lord selects 2 must approach by clans. The clan the Lord selects must approach by families. 3 The family the Lord selects must approach man by man. 4

14:12 Now, assign me this hill country which the Lord promised me at that time! No doubt you heard at that time that the Anakites live there in large, fortified cities. 5 But, assuming the Lord is with me, I will conquer 6 them, as the Lord promised.”
