Galatians 4:16

4:16 So then, have I become your enemy by telling you the truth?

Galatians 6:18

6:18 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit, brothers and sisters. Amen.

tn Or “have I become your enemy because I am telling you the truth?” The participle ἀληθεύων (alhqeuwn) can be translated as a causal adverbial participle or as a participle of means (as in the translation).

tn Or “is.” No verb is stated, but a wish (“be”) rather than a declarative statement (“is”) is most likely in a concluding greeting such as this.

tn Grk “brothers.” See note on the phrase “brothers and sisters” in 1:11.
