Ezekiel 11:16

11:16 “Therefore say: ‘This is what the sovereign Lord says: Although I have removed them far away among the nations and have dispersed them among the countries, I have been a little 1  sanctuary for them among the lands where they have gone.’

Ezekiel 20:5

20:5 and say to them:

“‘This is what the sovereign Lord says: On the day I chose Israel I swore 2  to the descendants 3  of the house of Jacob and made myself known to them in the land of Egypt. I swore 4  to them, “I am the Lord your God.”

Ezekiel 37:19

37:19 tell them, ‘This is what the sovereign Lord says: Look, I am about to take the branch of Joseph which is in the hand of Ephraim and the tribes of Israel associated with him, and I will place them on the stick of Judah, 5  and make them into one stick – they will be one in my hand.’ 6 

Ezekiel 39:23

39:23 The nations will know that the house of Israel went into exile due to their iniquity, 7  for they were unfaithful to me. So I hid my face from them and handed them over to their enemies; all of them died by the sword.

7 tn Or “in their punishment.” The phrase “in/for [a person’s] iniquity/punishment” occurs fourteen times in Ezekiel: here; 3:18, 19; 4:17; 7:13, 16; 18: 17, 18, 19, 20; 24:23; 33:6, 8, 9. The Hebrew word for “iniquity” may also mean the “punishment” for iniquity or “guilt” of iniquity.
