Jehu Becomes King

9:1 Now Elisha the prophet summoned a member of the prophetic guild ¹  and told him, “Tuck your robes into your belt, take this container ²  of olive oil in your hand, and go to Ramoth Gilead.

2 Kings 14:10

14:10 You thoroughly defeated Edom ³  and it has gone to your head! ⁴  Gloat over your success, ⁵  but stay in your palace. Why bring calamity on yourself? Why bring down yourself and Judah along with you?” ⁶
