2 Kings 12:18

12:18 King Jehoash of Judah collected all the sacred items that his ancestors Jehoshaphat, Jehoram, and Ahaziah, kings of Judah, had consecrated, as well as his own sacred items and all the gold that could be found in the treasuries of the Lord’s temple and the royal palace. He sent it all ¹  to King Hazael of Syria, who then withdrew ²  from Jerusalem.

2 Kings 18:14

18:14 King Hezekiah of Judah sent this message to the king of Assyria, who was at Lachish, “I have violated our treaty. ³  If you leave, I will do whatever you demand.” ⁴  So the king of Assyria demanded that King Hezekiah of Judah pay three hundred talents ⁵  of silver and thirty talents of gold.

2 Kings 23:5

23:5 He eliminated ⁶  the pagan priests whom the kings of Judah had appointed to offer sacrifices ⁷  on the high places in the cities of Judah and in the area right around Jerusalem. (They offered sacrifices ⁸  to Baal, the sun god, the moon god, the constellations, and all the stars in the sky.)

2 Kings 25:27

Jehoiachin in Babylon

25:27 In the thirty-seventh year of the exile of King Jehoiachin of Judah, on the twenty-seventh ⁹  day of the twelfth month, ¹⁰  King Evil-Merodach of Babylon, in the first year of his reign, pardoned ¹¹  King Jehoiachin of Judah and released him ¹²  from prison.
