2 Chronicles 8:12

8:12 Then Solomon offered burnt sacrifices to the Lord on the altar of the Lord which he had built in front of the temple’s porch. ¹ 

2 Chronicles 14:6

14:6 He built fortified cities throughout Judah, for the land was at rest and there was no war during those years; the Lord gave him peace.

2 Chronicles 26:6

26:6 Uzziah attacked ²  the Philistines and broke down the walls of Gath, Jabneh, and Ashdod. He built cities in the region of Ashdod and throughout Philistine territory. ³ 

2 Chronicles 27:3

27:3 He built the Upper Gate to the Lord’s temple and did a lot of work on the wall in the area known as Ophel. ⁴ 

2 Chronicles 32:29

32:29 He built royal cities ⁵  and owned a large number of sheep and cattle, for God gave him a huge amount of possessions.

2 Chronicles 33:4

33:4 He built altars in the Lord’s temple, about which the Lord had said, “Jerusalem will be my permanent home.” ⁶
