12:5 Shemaiah the prophet visited Rehoboam and the leaders of Judah who were assembled in Jerusalem because of Shishak. He said to them, “This is what the Lord says: ‘You have rejected me, so I have rejected you and will hand you over to Shishak.’” 2
15:8 When Asa heard these words and the prophecy of Oded the prophet, he was encouraged. 11 He removed the detestable idols from the entire land of Judah and Benjamin and from the cities he had seized in the Ephraimite hill country. 23:8 The Levites and all the men of Judah 30 did just as Jehoiada the priest ordered. Each of them took his men, those who were on duty during the Sabbath as well as those who were off duty on the Sabbath. Jehoiada the priest did not release his divisions from their duties.
24:6 So the king summoned Jehoiada the chief priest, 31 and said to him, “Why have you not made 32 the Levites collect 33 from Judah and Jerusalem the tax authorized by Moses the Lord’s servant and by the assembly of Israel at the tent containing the tablets of the law?” 34
28:9 Oded, a prophet of the Lord, was there. He went to meet the army as they arrived in Samaria and said to them: “Look, because the Lord God of your ancestors was angry with Judah he handed them over to you. You have killed them so mercilessly that God has taken notice. 37

34:3 In the eighth year of his reign, while he was still young, he began to seek the God of his ancestor 46 David. In his twelfth year he began ridding 47 Judah and Jerusalem of the high places, Asherah poles, idols, and images.
