1 Samuel 7:14

7:14 The cities that the Philistines had captured from Israel were returned to Israel, from Ekron to Gath. Israel also delivered their territory from the control ¹  of the Philistines. There was also peace between Israel and the Amorites.

1 Samuel 10:8

10:8 You will go down to Gilgal before me. I am going to join you there to offer burnt offerings and to make peace offerings. You should wait for seven days, until I arrive and tell you what to do.”

1 Samuel 11:15

11:15 So all the people went to Gilgal, where ²  they established Saul as king in the Lord’s presence. They offered up peace offerings there in the Lord’s presence. Saul and all the Israelites were very happy.

1 Samuel 16:4-5

16:4 Samuel did what the Lord told him. ³  When he arrived in Bethlehem, ⁴  the elders of the city were afraid to meet him. They ⁵  said, “Do you come in peace?” 16:5 He replied, “Yes, in peace. I have come to sacrifice to the Lord. Consecrate yourselves and come with me to the sacrifice.” So he consecrated Jesse and his sons and invited them to the sacrifice.

1 Samuel 25:35

25:35 Then David took from her hand what she had brought to him. He said to her, “Go back ⁶  to your home in peace. Be assured that I have listened to you ⁷  and responded favorably.” ⁸
