5:9 But after it had been moved the Lord attacked 1  that city as well, causing a great deal of panic. He struck all the people of that city 2  with sores. 3

7:10 As Samuel was offering burnt offerings, the Philistines approached to do battle with Israel. 4  But on that day the Lord thundered loudly against the Philistines. He caused them to panic, and they were defeated by 5  Israel.

1 Samuel 15:35

15:35 Until the day he 6  died Samuel did not see Saul again. Samuel did, however, mourn for Saul, but the Lord regretted that he had made Saul king over Israel.
