3:11 God said to him, “Because you asked for the ability to make wise judicial decisions, and not for long life, or riches, or vengeance on your enemies, ¹ 

1 Kings 8:42

8:42 When they hear about your great reputation ²  and your ability to accomplish mighty deeds, ³  they will come and direct their prayers toward this temple.
