18:4 David seized from him 1,000 chariots, 7,000 charioteers, 1 and 20,000 infantrymen. David cut the hamstrings of all but a hundred of Hadadezer’s 2 chariot horses. 3

19:4 So Hanun seized David’s servants and shaved their beards off. 4 He cut off the lower part of their robes so that their buttocks were exposed 5 and then sent them away.
