When reports of Jesus’ miracles reached Herod Antipas, he was worried and puzzled because some were saying, "This is John the Baptist come back to life again."
Herod, the ruler, heard of these goings on and didn't know what to think. There were people saying John had come back from the dead,
Now Herod the king had news of all these things: and he was in doubt, because it was said by some people that John had come back from the dead;
