Then, when you have finished reading the scroll, tie it to a stone, and throw it into the Euphrates River.
"When you've finished reading the page, tie a stone to it, throw it into the River Euphrates, and watch it sink.
And it will be that, when you have come to an end of reading this book, you are to have a stone fixed to it, and have it dropped into the Euphrates:
