The Lord commanded the enemy, 1 “March through the vineyards of Israel and Judah and ruin them. 2 But do not destroy them completely. Strip off their branches for these people do not belong to the Lord. 3
"Go through her vineyards and ravage them, but do not destroy them completely. Strip off her branches, for these people do not belong to the LORD.
"Go up through her vine rows and destroy, But do not execute a complete destruction; Strip away her branches, For they are not the LORD’S.
"Go down the rows of the vineyards and destroy them, but leave a scattered few alive. Strip the branches from the vine, for they do not belong to the LORD.
"Go down the rows of vineyards and rip out the vines, but not all of them. Leave a few. Prune back those vines! [That] growth didn't come from GOD!
Go up against her vines and make waste; let the destruction be complete: take away her branches, for they are not the Lord’s.
Go up through her vine-rows and destroy, but do not make a full end; strip away her branches, for they are not the Lord’s.
"Go up on her walls and destroy, But do not make a complete end. Take away her branches, For they are not the LORD’S.
Go ye up
upon her walls
not a full end
for they [are] not the LORD'S

The difference in meaning is minimal.
