The king settled into his palace, 1 for the Lord gave him relief 2 from all his enemies on all sides. 3
After the king was settled in his palace and the LORD had given him rest from all his enemies around him,
Now it came about when the king lived in his house, and the LORD had given him rest on every side from all his enemies,
When the LORD had brought peace to the land and King David was settled in his palace,
Before long, the king made himself at home and GOD gave him peace from all his enemies.
Now when the king was living in his house, and the Lord had given him rest from war on every side;
Now when the king was settled in his house, and the LORD had given him rest from all his enemies around him,
Now it came to pass when the king was dwelling in his house, and the LORD had given him rest from all his enemies all around,
And it came to pass, when the king
in his house
and the LORD
had given him rest
from all his enemies
