He must bring the bull to the entrance of the Meeting Tent before the Lord, lay his hand on the head of the bull, and slaughter the bull before the Lord.
the assembly must present a young bull for a sin offering when the sin they have committed 1 becomes known. They must bring it before the Meeting Tent,
Aaron and his sons are to eat what is left over from it. It must be eaten unleavened in a holy place; they are to eat it in the courtyard of the Meeting Tent.
But any sin offering from which some of its blood is brought into the Meeting Tent to make atonement in the sanctuary must not be eaten. It must be burned up in the fire. 1
And you must not go out from the entrance of the Meeting Tent for seven days, until the day when your days of ordination are completed, because you must be ordained over a seven-day period. 1
You must reside at the entrance of the Meeting Tent day and night for seven days and keep the charge of the Lord so that you will not die, for this is what I have been commanded.”
So they took what Moses had commanded to the front of 1 the Meeting Tent and the whole congregation presented them and stood before the Lord.
Moses and Aaron then entered into the Meeting Tent. When they came out, they blessed the people, and the glory of the Lord appeared to all the people.
but you must not go out from the entrance of the Meeting Tent lest you die, for the Lord’s anointing oil is on you.” So they acted according to the word of Moses.
and the priest who pronounces him clean will have the man who is being cleansed stand along with these offerings 1 before the Lord at the entrance of the Meeting Tent.
“On the eighth day he must bring them for his purification to the priest at the entrance 1 of the Meeting Tent before the Lord,
Then on the eighth day he is to take for himself two turtledoves or two young pigeons, 1 and he is to present himself 2 before the Lord at the entrance of the Meeting Tent and give them to the priest,
Then on the eighth day she must take for herself two turtledoves or two young pigeons 1 and she must bring them to the priest at the entrance of the Meeting Tent,
“When he has finished purifying the holy place, 1 the Meeting Tent, and the altar, he is to present the live goat.
“Aaron must then enter 1 the Meeting Tent and take off the linen garments which he had put on when he entered the sanctuary, and leave them there.
1 Now the Lord 2 spoke 3 to Moses in the tent of meeting 4 in the wilderness 5 of Sinai 6 on the first day of the second month of the second year after 7 the Israelites 8 departed from the land of Egypt. 9 He said:
“Then the tent of meeting with the camp of the Levites will travel in the middle of the camps. They will travel in the same order as they camped, each in his own place 1 under his standard.
