You and your household must eat them annually before the Lord your God in the place he 1 chooses.
Then you will say to my brother, 1 “Peace to you and your house! Peace to all that is yours!
I will provide you with food 1 there because there will be five more years of famine. Otherwise you would become poor – you, your household, and everyone who belongs to you.”’
Then you may spend the money however you wish for cattle, sheep, wine, beer, or whatever you desire. You and your household may eat there in the presence of the Lord your God and enjoy it.
