The men of Judah turned around and realized they were being attacked from the front and the rear. 1 So they cried out for help to the Lord. The priests blew their trumpets,
You are to join five curtains by themselves and six curtains by themselves. You are to double over 1 the sixth curtain at the front of the tent.

The poles were so long their ends extending out from the ark were visible from in front of the inner sanctuary, but they could not be seen from beyond that point. 1 They have remained there to this very day.
